RULES FOR ENTRY: ENTRIES
ARE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 3000
AND MAY BE TERMINATED EARLIER THAN 5/31/08.
- Each entry must be composed of two
parts:
- A written entry not to exceed 100 words on the theme of “I/We
want win this home in home in Yachats because..”. The entry
need not start with the theme but it should be included within.
The entries will be judged on content and originality. Do not include
photographs, names or other personal identifiable information on
or within your entry. The only identifiable marking the judges
see will be the entry # assigned.
- A check or money order for $200.00. NO CASH.

Each entry must contain either a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope),or
an email address so your confirmation notice and entry number may
be returned to each entrant. All entries must be
in English and legible. Entries may be on the entry form or on
a separate sheet. Poetic entries are acceptable. Please try to limit
entries to no larger than legal size.The
judges are employed by the win-this-home.com, Inc. and are NOT owners
or affiliates of the owners of the house. Relatives or families of
the owners or
judges are ineligible from entry.
A
WEEKLY TALLY OF ENTRIES WILL BE
POSTED
ON OUR WEB SITE.
All
entrants must be over 21 years of age.
*If less than 3000 entries are
received by the deadline it may be extended for an additional period.
Should this contest be aborted due to insufficient entries all entry
fees will be refunded*.
All
entries become the property of win-this-home.com, Inc. should
they be used in other promotions
the entrant will be consulted and will receive credit.
All winners will
be given an IRS form 1099. Each individuals tax situation is different
and winners should consult tax advice prior to accepting any prize.
